The Odyssey After-School Enrichment Program, a 501 (c) (3), non-profit, non-sectarian, community-based organization, was created in 2003 from seed money donated by the Presbyterian Women at the First Presbyterian Church of Rockport, to provide a safe after school environment where children receive tutoring and homework assistance while benefiting from extensive academic and enrichment activities.
In these days of hard-working parents, busy schedules and increasing academic standards and expectations, we are challenged to find new ways to build support for our youth and family community in Aransas County. Over the past twenty years, Odyssey has developed an afterschool program that helps children not only succeed in school but also flourish in life.
